Your question is a bit cryptic, but I think you're asking when you should expect the fulfillment of your order placed last Friday. Groupon documentation is not very helpful on this issue. If your order was for goods, there should have been fine print in the offer telling you when to expect delivery. However, Groupon now tells customers [https://ishort.ink/i2RB] to allow "additional time." If your order was for a coupon, there should be no wait time. In either case you'd need to resolve directly with Groupon. Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access--but you can write the company at [email protected]. If worse comes to worst (I don't expect it will be necessary), you can complain to the consumer protection agency for your state, which you can look up using https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.
