I Am Unable To Get Any Response From Groupon Regarding Order I Placed.
Placed an order for stud earrings ($15) and stardust watch ($10) on August 24, 2012. Funds were immediately deducted from my account via my credit card. I have not received the iitems and really have no idea the company I should pursue to get this resolved. Ad read "Deal of the Day - Groupon Abilene TX". How do I get a refund or the items purchased. Feel sooooooo stupid for falling for this. The customer is being ripped off and one of them! PLEASE HELP.

"Unable To Get Any Response...." Perhaps you wrote. I'm sure you did not phone, as a Groupon representative always picks up during business hours.
Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858. My experience is that they adhere more than scrupulously to their website's assurance that "If the experience using your Groupon ever lets you down, we’ll make it right or return your purchase."
