trying to contact to customer support and noone call back alredy for two week , saying they have technical issues. I need get return.

Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410.

I know, as annoying as it may sound, the best way to reach a customer support team is to let them know of your issue. Make sure to try call them every week until your problem is resolved, this way they know you will be persistent with getting your issue solved. If this doesn't work out, do not be hesisitant to email them.
