Refund Required For Item Not Delivered

On 11th November this year I ordered a Hoover Sparkle Window Cleaner valued at 32.99 and this amount was taken from my Account. I checked the tracking of this item and found there was an unexpected issue with fulfillment and I received a refund. However outwith my knowledge for some reason this item was reordered by yourselves on 15th November this year and another 32.99 was taken from my Account and again on checking the tracking it stated there again was an unexpected issue with fulfillment and I was to have a refund. However on checking my bank statement to date this refund has not been returned to my Account, as should have been according to your tracking system. I respectfully request that this matter be looked into and the 32.99 be returned to my Account, as you stated you would do.
