Why Have I Not Gotten Refund Y Have I Not Received My Other Cushion I Have Pd
Ordered Two Van Gogh Pillows Got One Right One..one Wrong One...charged For 3 Pillows!!!! Want My Refund Fro Wrong Pillow And Want The Other Correct Pillow I Ordered.

Groupon's policy is:
Unless the Fine Print says otherwise, you can return any item you purchased through Groupon Goods within fourteen days of delivery, on us. Original shipping charges are not refundable on items returned due to customer preference/change of mind. After fourteen days of delivery, all items purchased through Groupon Goods are non-refundable and all sales are final. Returns must be shipped with a Groupon-provided return label in order for your return and refund to be processed. Please see here for additional information on return labels.
Your question suggests you've already asked for the refund. If so, I guess you'll have to give Groupon more time. Unfortunately, Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410. Even if it's more than 14 days, I'm sure Groupon will make the proper adjustment, since as you say the goods delivered were not what you "purchased." Follow the link for more details.
In the worst case, you can try complaining to corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/groupon/Corporat.... Another route is to complain to the Illinois Attorney General at 312-814-3000. But I doubt that either of these will be necessary.
