For a voucher to be eligible:

• The voucher must have been designated as eligible at the point of purchase.
• The voucher must have not been viewed or redeemed.
• Depending on what is designated at the time of purchase, the trade-in must occur either (a) between purchase and the one (1) week after the promotional value expiration date, or (b) only during the one (1) week after the promotional value expiration date.

After trading-in the voucher, your Groupon Bucks will appear in your account. Once the Groupon Bucks appear in your account, you will have twenty-four (24) hours ("Trade-In Window") to use them to purchase another voucher-based Merchant Offering. Vouchers exchanged for Groupon Bucks are ineligible for redemption during the Trade-In Window.
