I want to cancel this order and get refund as soon as possible. it has been almost two month, I still not getting my mattress.

We're an independent help site not connected with Groupon. Groupon allows canceling a goods order like yours only within 2 hours of purchase. (See http://gr.pn/2yZ2cBy.) You do however have 14 days from delivery to return your mattress, at Groupon's expense. (See "Goods" at https://www.groupon.com/groupon-promise.)

It's possible that Groupon might make an exception in your case. Go to https://www.groupon.com/customer_support. I suggest reiterating your request in an email to [email protected]. You may also want dispute the charge with your bank.

Groupon's cancellation policy is enough to dissuade me from ever doing business with Groupon. I'm sorry for your experience. If you don't achieve satisfactory resolution, you may want to complain to the Illinois Attorney General, at 800-243-0607.
