Groupon disclaims any responsibility to refund after 3 days, but says the merchant will honor the price paid for the voucher against the full price of the service. (For details see https://www.groupon.com/groupon-promise.) I expect Groupon will grant your request for an exception. Unfortunately, Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access.
