Just Found Out That My Detail Coupon Had Expired, Was Gone For A Long Time And W
Any chance that I could use my coupon, couldn't find it until now and saw that it had expired on Jan. 4th. Please.......it was for a car detailing.

My experience is that Groupon is extremely accommodating. Phone them at (877) 788-7858.

Once a groupon is expired you can only use the cash value you paid for the groupon at the vendor. You would have to pay the difference to the vendor between what you paid for the groupon and how much the detal cost unless you can convince the vendor to accept the groupon. I was able to get an expired groupon accepted at a restaurant but it was only a few days past the expiration date.
