unfortunately Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410. If worse comes to worst (I don't expect it will be necessary), you can complain to the Illinois Attorney General, at 618-529-6400.
