Will 4gb Of Memory Ruin M/b. The Graphic Is 3450 Agp 512 Bm. Window 7
ultimate would take 3.5gb of ram

The motherboard model on this question (GA8I865GME775) takes upto 2GB of memory. Normally, the computer will not even post if the size of memory installed exceed its max supported size. If yours post, then it should be ok.
