Pt916smss: Not Maintaining Temperatures.

Greetings, I note that my oven is unable to maintain the temperatures that I have set and noted on display. Takes at least 20 minutes to heat and is often 50 to 80 degrees off from an oven thermometer. I have called GE helpline. I do not need a complete a "Biscuit test" or any nonsense like this as suggested by the helpline. Any idea what parts could be affected? Element, blower, thermostat etc??
