Fan In The Back That Cools The Compressor Has Stopped Running

the fan that keeps compressor from heating up has stopped working. I can't find a replacement motor. And I cant get the bracket that holds fan in out of the back the whole way. I have it loosened but it is still connected and I cant get my hands in to get it the rest of way out.
