How To Retrieve Messages When The Play Button Doesn't Work?

The Incoming Messages shows 8 messages, but when I push the Play button nothing happens. How can I retrieve these messages? Thanks!

There is no way you can retrieve your masseges if the play button does not work. take your device to a local GE service centre for repair
