Je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous ne recevez plus de messages sur votre téléphone. Voici quelques éléments qui pourraient causer ce problème :
La ligne téléphonique est débranchée. Vérifiez que le cordon téléphonique est correctement branché sur le téléphone et sur la prise téléphonique murale.
Le téléphone est éteint. Allumez le téléphone et vérifiez s'il reçoit toujours des messages.
La boîte vocale est désactivée. Vérifiez les paramètres de votre boîte vocale pour vous assurer qu'elle est activée et que le numéro de renvoi est correct.
