Why Did My Digital Screen Go Blank?

Everything about the phone and line still work correctly, but my screen is now white and I cannot access pictures or the menu.

It happens a lot to this phone/frame.  One suggested fix is to unplug the frames power for 1 hour, remove battery for phone at same time and unplug phone from phone line.  Then plug it all back in and see if that fixes it.
