My Phone Has The Message 'new Voice Mail' Displayed And There Are Two Flashing
yellow lights. I need the instructions to clear the phone of this message and lights.

Unplug the AC adapter, remove the phone line, remove the battery (in this order). Wait 10 minutes, then reconnect the battery, the phone line, and the AC adapter (in this order).
