The disk read error of your Gateway NV-73 computer may be caused by several factors. Some of these are the following.

CD Media - If you are trying to insert a CD/DVD media and this error occurs, there might be a problem with the media device.

Hard Disk - If you are copying some files and this error appeared, there is problem with the mirror imaging of your hard disk.
