Fx68310-03 Hdmi Port Does Not Work

connect the Gateway to a monitor, then lower the screen resolution (from Start->control panel->Personalization->display, or Start->control panel->display, or Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Screen resolution), then turn off the device. Then remove the monitor and connect to the hdmi device.
