Step By Step How Do I Get Started Rebooting. My System To Do A Hard Recovery

If you are trying to just restart the computer, a simple click from Start Menu and then selecting shut down options, selecting restart there will do the trick.

If that doesnt' answer your question, please reply with what do you want to do with the system, I may be able to help you with it.
