Internet Does Not Work Even When Connected Directly To The Internet.
Appears to be a hardware issue and I have contacted customer support. I do not want to erase my HD and send in. What is the point of having a computer with a large HD if you have to erase the HD for a repair? Unable to get online support due to no internet connection.
