Where In The Motherboard A Card Reader Connector Is Going?

Hello. I have changed the motherboard in my Gateway DX4200-07e computer and cannot find a receptacle where I supposed to plug in a connector going from the card reader. This is a block thin connector with 4 pins and a key in the fifth position. It is marked as USB and CKM. While it is originated from the card reader it somehow controls also a power switch light. I guess I have to plug it somehow in to the F_PANEL, but the F_PANEL layouts a different in the original and the new motherboards so I cannot figure out of what pins I should use.  Just the pin assignment on this connector would be of great help.  Thank you. OK. The whole question was based on a misunderstanding. I wanted the power switch light to lit when the computer have started. I found that the wire from the power switch light went to the cardreader and assumed that  that the card reader connector should go the F_PANNEL which has pins controlling the power switch light. In addition also that connector was marked "USB"  it had only one row of pin receptacles, while all my USB ports had two rows. So i did not belive that it should be placed in a USB port. Nevertheless I tried to put the connector to the USB port using only one rows of pins", and found that the card reader was not working also the power switch light started to show something. It became steady lit when the computer was working but continued to be lit also blinking after the compuer shutdown. I thought that there should be a better place to the card reader connector. I was wrong. It was correct place. The car reader did not work because of a bad driver. I reinstalled it and it works. The power switch light blinking is probably a feature. There is residue power that remains on USB pins even after shutdown. I am still at lost why the Gateway engineers connected the power switch LED to the card reader instead of PWR pins on the F_PANEL of the mother board, but they did. So I consider the blinking light to be a feature.

Mistery solved.
