Based on my thorough research, there is available driver software for your Garmin nuvi 40LM but not in Thai Language. You can only download the English version of the user's manual. You can download the manual here at HelpOwl. These are the links:
The only solution for this is to ask someone who is fluent in Thai language and give the English manual into Thai language.
