Garmin Logo Screen Frozen When Turning On. Reset But Still Not Working.
Problem started after I attempted to update on Garmin website. Garmin tells me I am out of warantee and that I would need to send in. Am seeing if anyone else had this problem and what they did to resolve the issue. I held down the right hand corner as I powered the GPS back on, but nothing happened. The logo remained on the screen. Please note, I am "technically challenged", so please bear with me if I as anything "dumb"!! Thank you in advance.
