Cannot Get Satellite Signal

Take the unit outside away from tall trees and building. Flip the antenna up so it is parallel to the ground. Turn the unit around in your hands. Signal acquisition may take a few minutes.

If you still have no signal the antenna , antenna cable, or receiver could be defective.
