Air Conditioner With Windows Open

When a car has got hot from standing, I like to open the windows/moonroof and turn on the air conditioner at the same time for a very short time, to flush the accumulated hot air. Is this really a problem? Normally I go ahead and drive during this minute or two, for better air flushing. But when the car is extra hot, I like to leave both on for a short time before getting in.
