98 Gmc Envoy Stuck In Park Gear.

Can't Shift Out Of The Park Gear, Was Told That The Problem May Be The Brake-transmission Shift Interlock (btsi) If Thats The Problem, The Where Is The Thing Located On My Truck . It Has Automatic Floor Shift.
