Turn Signals, Emergency Flashers Do Not Work.

1996 Sonoma 2wd turn signals and emergency flashers do not operate.  Brake lights do not work when turn signal lever is in r or l position.  --Fuses are good, bulbs are good --Relay click sounds when emergency flashers are turned on, respective r or l side does when turn signal lever is in r or l position.
