Replacing Fuel Pump Lines Are Stuck What Should I Do? The Metal Fuel Lines?

I'm assuming that you are replacing the whole unit, which includes the fuel sending unit? The sending unit has the metal lines that thread into the fuel lines.

Your best bet is to spray them with PB Blaster or WD-40 and let them sit for a few hours. I usually place a rag around the connection and really soak it good. The connection should come undone with a little force after it soaks for awhile.

I personally use PB Blaster for really rusty connections, but WD-40 may work as well. You can find both of them at most auto parts stores.
