8 Hour Cycle

my stackable washer's stuck on the 8 hour cycle-I've unplugged several times to reset it and it's still stuck

Unfortunately this sounds like a broken unit timer or control board communication to the timer. Contact Frigidaire and then a service tech professional for accuracy and safety.
