My Dryer Will Not Blow Warm Air, Also It Barely Blows Any Air

Dryer will not blow heated air. Also it will not blow air like its suppose to. I stuck a vacuum hose inside to see if I could pull anything out but nothing came out. Anyone else have this issue?
