My Child Safety Lock Is Stuck On My Electrolux Washing Machine...plz Advise :)
Electrolux FTF2140FS1 is the model #...the service tech said the child safety lock was stuck on...can you plz help me??? Tjank you Jill

Hello jimglesfromjill – Try pressing and hold OPTIONS and SELECT at the same time for approximately ten to twenty seconds to unlock the washer. If it proves to be ineffective, reset the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait ten minutes and restart unit. If issue continues, then I personally recommend consulting a professional to move forward accurately. The washer could possibly be experiencing a communication error with the control board or wiring failure.
