Fridge & Freezer Not Cold

Hi, I havea frigidaire FRT17G4BW8, the temperature of fridge is around 11 degree & temperature of freezer adound +1 degree. I defrosted manually because of the ice in evaporator & changed the Defrost Timer, but the fridge is still warm
