Good Afternoon Taoliu,

I understand that you want to know the voltage of the Zener Diode of the filter board for your Frigidaire range, model# FPCF3091LF. Typically, this is not a do it yourself repair, as there are no step by step instruction manuals. I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. They have been trained on your appliance and should be able to replace the filter board with ease. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
