Hi slk75204 – If the unit is not spinning or washing, does the motor come on? If not, you may have possible wiring issues between the timer and the motor. Typically, there will be cut wires by the washer lid switch. If the motor is moving, but does not wash or spin, more than likely there is a failure in the transmission. There is a bar and bolt assembly that secures the inner tub to the transmission shaft that may be loose or broken that can cause the same scenario as well. I suggest consulting a professional to accurately diagnosis the unit and to assist with the repairs.
