Good Morning Lptaa5,

I understand that your washer fills with water, the timer starts, but nothing else happens. I suggest resetting your appliance by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home’s circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes. After the time has passed, if you are your washer is still only filling with water and the timer starting, but nothing else happening, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. They will be able to narrow down why your appliance will not actually start a cycle.

-Best Regards-
