Hello wmarcial! I understand that you are receiving an error message on your Frigidaire washer (model FAFW3801LW3). The E41 error is where the main control board thinks that the door switch is open. You would need to check the door to make sure that it is closing securely. If the door is closing but the problem still occurs than you would need to have a service provider out to check the door switch assembly or the main control board. Hope this helps!
