No Water Coming Into Wahser Machine Glet1031cs After Water Outage

We had a water main break in our neighborhood and when it was finally repaired, my washer machine does not have water coming in. It buzzes.. Do I need to prime the pump somehow? I had tried putting in about 1 gallan into tub and it pumped out fine on spin cycle. Do I need to bleed the hoses first?

take the hoses loose at the water inlet valve.  It is most likely that you have clogged screens in the valve.  This happens when dirt gets in your water often after someone has been working on the lines.  The valve is where you hook the hoses up on your washer.  Be careful not to get dirt in the valve when you remove the screens to clean them and be sure to put the clean ones back in unless you wan a flood at some later date.  The screens keep out dirt and without them the dirt can get in the valve and keep it from shutting off.  Be careful.
