Washer And Dryer Go Down The Same Day
dryer drum will not move, stopped working all togather, washer won't spin all the water out. atf8000fs and aeq8000fs

Hello – This is typically something that a professional would need to diagnose. Possible causes could be either that the belt slipped off idle pulley and/or dryer belt needs to be replace , a faulty motor, or a common failure between control and motor. For the washer, is the drain pump making a humming noise? If so, you possibly have a restriction in the drain line. Try setting the cycle to spin only and verify if water pumps out. If it does not, the unit could possibly be experiencing an issue with the door lock assembly, have a faulty pump or timer. For both issues, I strongly suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately.
