What Dose Trouble Code P1131,po117 And Po171 Mean On A 1998 Contour 4 Cylinder

I have a 1998 ford contour that has trouble codes po117,p1131and po 171 and I want to know what do those codes mean and will the car quite on me while drving. The fan gose on and then off and on and off very quickley. When I start the car it runs when the engine is cold very rough and seems like it wants to quite. Once the car is warmed up it seems to run better. When I stopp the car has benn idleing rough but when I step on the gas the car hesitates and gose.
