Trying To Get Hold Of Facebook Customer Service

when it asks for phonr number message either comes up system overloaded or you have tried to many times. how do you get a hold of a person at facebook

Facebook unfortunately does not really offer personal support. There are basically three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).
Turn to Facebook's help discussions.

You may write or phone Facebook corporate, but whether they'll respond to your concerns is another matter. Here's the contact information:
