How Do I Get Customer Assistance? Fb Has A Customer Service Number On The Cs Pa

page, but when I call the number, I get a recording that says they don't provide live customer service. My issue is not listed anywhere on the questions page.Also, where is the FAQ button. I repeatedly get an instruction to go to FAQ and maybe my issue is already answered. But I can't find the FAQ

To get to the FAQ page, go to https://www.facebook.com/faqpage. Or go to https://www.facebook.com/help/ (although it seems you may have done that already).

There are three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from https://www.facebook.com/help/ to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).
Turn to Facebook/s help discussions at http://www.facebook.com/help/?section=community.
