Regardless of what GetHuman might or might not say, Facebook does not offer live customer service. Sorry. There are three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from https://www.facebook.com/help/ to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).
Turn to Facebook's help discussions at http://www.facebook.com/help/?section=community.

You may write or phone Facebook, but whether you'll get a response is another matter. (Or submit your question to us at Help Owl!) Here's Facebook's contact information:
