I Can Not Log In To My Account Via My Home Computer. I Can Via My Cell Phone

I have tried every thing to log into my facebook account from my home computer. Two months ago it just stopped working from the desktop. I can get on from my hand held. I need to change my security before the new policy takes effect. Can you help me
