You are receiving Facebook notifications that are not yours possibly because you are connected to another account which is signed in to your cell phone,  you will need to sign out of that account by logging onto facebook on your cell phone.

if you still continue to recieve Facebook communications after attempting to log out go to:-

https://www.facebook.com/help/mobiletexts and then scroll down to:- "Deactivating Mobile Texts"

on the question "How do I stop/deactivate mobile texts from Facebook?" it will tell you how to deactivate it from your phone, follow the instructions from there, if you know the person, notify them about the problem so they can also stop it (as they do not want you knowing what they personally do on Facebook they will be keen to stop it)
