I Cannot Remember My Password And Can't Get Notified In Any Way!

I cannot log in to my Facebook account! Is my account under my phone number, I have another account under my gmail but didn't know the first account was under my phone number. If you would contact me I will give you my number but I'm not sure if this will be posted for other people can read it. Thank you
