Can't Remember Password. Email Code Sent. Didn't Ended In Time. Account Locked!

Tried to login in to Spotify..couldn't remember email. Was sent codes through email for password. Didn't use them fast enough and was using them to login with. Account no locked for over a week. Wants me to log on prior laptop or phone previoslu . FROZEN ACCT FOR LIKE 2week
