1.Oh the facebook login screen, above the box that you're supposed to put your password in, there is "forgot your password?" Click on it and you will be taken to a screen where you enter a captcha and your e-mail. Facebook will then send you a link to reset a new password. 

2. To delete and not deactivate your facebook account click the link below:
