Not Receiving Invite To Secret Group

my business associate is trying to invite me to several secret groups for the business and i am not receiving the invites. i created a completely new account and still nothing!

Unfortunately, this appears to be a common problem with Facebook. Some things to try:

- Check your spam/junk folder to make sure the email didn't land there.
- Try having someone else from the group invite you.
- If your friend isn't the admin, try having the admin invite you.
- Call Facebook customer support at 650-543-4800 (according to GetHuman.com).
