Did Not Receive Credits For Completing Free Offer

Who do I contact...I did not receive facebooks credit from a free offer from completing info for insurance. This was thru facebook bingo blitz. I contacted Quoterocket whom the offer was for, they said contact special rewards and they told me that facebook was responsible. Facebook owes me 80 facebook credits and I am getting sick of this because I have been sent in circles for 2 days.
